This quotation outlines the terms and conditions under which Openversum Colombia S.A.S. (NIT: 901.713.402) offers its products and services. Please review this document carefully, as acceptance of this quotation implies acceptance of the terms described herein.
- Purpose of the Quotation
This quotation is issued by Openversum Colombia S.A.S. (NIT: 901.713.402) for the sale of Openversum brand drinking water filters. The prices, terms, and specifications indicated apply exclusively to the products and services described in this quotation. - Validity of the Quotation
This quotation is valid for 30 calendar days from the issuance date. After this period, prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice. - Prices and Currency
All prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Transportation costs may be included in the quotation upon the client’s request. - Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full via deposit or electronic transfer to Bancolombia savings account # 55100006683, under the name Openversum Colombia S.A.S. (NIT: 901.713.402). Acceptance of this quotation implies compliance with these terms. Orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received. - Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the client upon order confirmation. Delivery time is subject to the terms and conditions of the transportation provider. Openversum Colombia S.A.S. is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or force majeure. - Product Warranty
Openversum brand water filters are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with the company’s warranty policies. Damages caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow product instructions are not covered. - Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges apply only to products with manufacturing defects or those delivered in conditions different from those agreed upon. The client must report any issues within 5 business days after delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. - Product Ownership
Ownership of the product will transfer to the client only after full payment of the corresponding invoice has been received. - Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or controversies arising from this quotation will be resolved by arbitration courts in Medellín, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. All parties agree to comply with the resolutions issued by the designated arbitration court. - Acceptance of Terms
